The meme is open to, as per always, making arrangements with and between:
- Current characters in game.
AND
- Potential characters - any characters you may be planning on apping or reapping (there is a special header for this under the main post).
If you have an app in that has not been processed, please, don't be shy about commenting around for prospective CR and plans on entry - though, of course, remember that plans will be tentative!

For ideas, please consult the Locations, Soft facts & Gossip, British stuff (for all of your "how does this thing work in England???" needs) and NPCs pages, as well as any other game pages. Go to the FAQ to ask questions about potential AUs, characters, setting, game mechanics, etc.

Location(s): She lives in Moss Manor and is fairly active in village life. She has a kid in the local primary school, so she might be found at the gates waiting for a kid on her days off. She works in a surgery in Mossgate as a GP, so that place or in the summer the seafront during breaks would be places to find her.
A blurb about them: Marja in canon is a Mage, and she specializes in the Spheres of Life, Spirits and Correspondence. That means that she can heal or destroy life, she can give living forms new shapes, she can feel out life, and many more things - anything that affects living organisms, she can do if she's creative about it, pretty much. She's also in close contact with the spirits and their world and can influence both. And she can teleport, feel breaches in space, and other things that affect space. There's a few other magic things that she can do, too.

Some of her family members are werewolves. She's an identical twin, originally from Sapmi/Finland, but spent most of her life outside of it - first the Iberian Peninsula, then Germany. She stopped ageing in her mid-fourties. For those who are canon familiar, she is a Dreamspeaker.

Open/Wanted CR: Mary-Ann will be daughter to Sam, daughter-in-law to Sky, and mother of Nel. She has three other biological children, some older, some younger than Nel, so:
- Children! Mary Ann and her wife have three biological children (because her first echo will have been the ability to have biological children with her wife), but if someone has a person who would be too old for a 50-year-old who only started with the children sometime in her thirties, yet they want them to be her child, it's totally possible to say that Janice and Mary-Ann Tilly fostered or adopted them.
- Wife! The last name should remain Tilly, but the first name is malleable. Essentially, Mary Ann's wife. They've been together for long enough to have (a) teenage kid(s), they live in Moss Manor. That's pretty much all that's set in stone. Oh, and she should be around 50.
- Patients! She's a GP in Mossgate, so this one is wide open and could be pretty much anyone.
- Fellow queer people! She's not super involved in the community, but she drops by the Hive sometimes and gets involved when there's political issues to deal with, and she's probably a name being passed around among queer people who'd like to have a GP who gets it.
- People from Moss Manor - neighbours, friends, people she meets at the shops...
- Parents of children her children know, teachers of her children, her hairdresser.... etc etc.

Hooks: Again, she's a GP so she meets a lot of people though that, and to the same end she's a parent. She also is on and off active in the LGBTQ+ community, and likes to attend village things in Moss Manor.

Plans/ongoing character plots: Her and her daughter will discover the network together, but nothing past that yet.

Location(s): Probably mostly around Mossgate; planning on having them be a university student in some kind of arts program. I'm very early on in the planning of this sob.
A blurb about them: Feste is one of the Fair Folk, and though they're pretty young by their standards that still makes them a hell of a lot older than most humans. For one of the Gentry, they're fairly friendly, nice, and patient, but... that's not really saying a whole lot. They Deal largely in souls and can do some pretty nasty shit, as well as, you know, take bits of your soul if you're not careful. (If they ask if they can have your name, THE ANSWER IS NO.)

Open/Wanted CR: I would love, love, love for Feste to have some close family/friends who have to deal with them losing any idea of what human morality and empathy is. It'll be great fun, I promise. More casual friendships/school relationships would be great too, or more distant family.

Hooks: They are constantly wandering around trying to get into new things and meet new people. Like, genuinely, there is a decent chance that that one hobby group you're in and never gets new people just has them show up because they found out about it and want to see what it is and if it's fun and you all seem nice!!!

Plans/ongoing character plots: Mostly I'm just over here cackling over the idea of this probably very friendly person devolving into a cheerful and very childish eldritch-type horror.

If you don't mind them having been adopted, they could be Mary Ann (whom I. I will app very soon) and her wife's kid? That'd give them two grandfathers (Sky and Sam, who are already in game) and a little sister (Ornella, whose app is currently being processed), too. Assuming everyone else in this constellation is interested, of course.

Yes!! This sounds good. Reincarnation Feste started using 'they' pronouns and their chosen name probably like... fiiiiive years ago? Preincarnation Feste just flat out doesn't understand this human construct and so ignores it.

A blurb about them: Nature spirit that really is an embodiment of the season of spring. She can create/alter plants and bring fresh water to an area (rain or a river), create insects for the plants, glide, and her physical form fluctuates with her powers.

Open/Wanted CR: She’s set to be one of the brood belonging to Janice and Mary Ann Tilly, and granddaughter of Sam Stone and Luke “Sky” Walker. I would love to have friends for her!

Hooks: Moss Manor village is her home, but she will go anywhere with family. She’s very fond of gardens and parks, and regularly attends school.

Plans/ongoing character plots: Nel will first show up on the network with her mother Mary Ann. Otherwise, she will draw on the network from time to time and ask everyone all the questions.

Anything Else?: If she deems you a friend, she will give you a drawing from her sketchbook.

Location(s): He has a small cottage in Moss Manor, one of those ones that had been bought by outsiders, updated totally in the inside, and used as a family vacation house. The family hasn't been around for ten odd years but now Jay is there and he highly values his personal space to the point where he can be found doing a lot of the upkeep inside and out for the place. He does a lot of jogging around the place, rarely stops at local pub save for quiz nights, and even then barely does anything but listens in and maybe has a single club soda. He works in an branch office for PK Motors where he is constantly demanding people to do their work and stop slacking off or is out headhunting IT people for a project to make a better self-driving car. Also he is scary good with computers, is paranoid to the point of yelling about people spying on him and all his equipment is finger locked to his use only.
A blurb about them:
NS3 is an A.I. robot creation of a pioneer in the field. He was created after her son was taken from her by his grandfather and this is his third robotic body; his first one being that if a child at age 8 and his second that of a teen age 14. Each body also has limitations to them until he was given this third version - the child body has limited range of motion and expressions while the teen body moves easier there is still limited expressions and not quite right appearance. His adult body has the best in range for everything needed though there is the problem of his limited tactical sensations like touch and taste and a lack of a system to cry, sweat and bleed. None of this ever really bothered him until he starts mingling with humans at a huge scale.

His AI is very much like a young teen and is still learning how to adapt and bend to fit in within human society. He wants to be accepted as he is and while he is very much aware that he scares people, he does not want to rule over them or replace them. He has also said several times he does not feel emotions but has lately accepted that he must since he has reacted emotionally towards those people he is close to - from his mother (the woman who made him) to his lover. And yes, he has a lover who was the reason why he has accepted that he is so much more than just a machine doing as he is told as so many others have compared him with. He just wants to be everyone's friend really. He even is friends with a roomba.

Open/Wanted CR:
He's going to be so prickly before he starts getting his sweetheartness back, so I'm expecting to see CR that will match him or get annoyed by his attitude. I do want to get him more positive figures in his life because he is surrounded by so many enemies back home that this exile is actually like paradise to him. But seriously I'm open to all types of CR.

Hooks: His work will be the biggest thing - he is a Business major/computer science minor who is now running a branch of his family's business so I'm betting he will get roped into a lot job fairs or job speeches. He likes horseback riding and he found riding. He jogs and drives a fancy sports car or an equally fancy bike. His work car is far more simpler and is driven by a guy working for him. He hangs out at the pub but doesn't drink and also he doesn't do any dating.

Plans/ongoing character plots: I have no plans for him atm outside of him becoming a robot.

Anything Else?: He's really a nice guy he just acts evil.

Neighbours? The Tillys live in Moss Manor, and if there was a holiday home very close by their house that got converted into someone's actual residence, the person who is now living there would probably start off in their good books just by favour of having taken that thrice-bedamned dead house out of their neighbourhood. They might not have talked much so far, but they could have met and be on "I greet you when we meet on the street" terms?

That can happen. He's not too above everyone to at least nod especially if he is sure that they aren't planted by his grandfather to keep tabs on him behaving right.

His family is a little crazy that way. Also he probably will have contractors first appear to totally upgrade the place more so - the insides will be very state of the art to the point of boosting any web connection for the whole block around him.

While he may not like SJN's attitude to start with, they may be on a last-name basis or some such?

And SJN is the nicer of the twins, oops. And yes, he will be approached, but he won't be trying too hard. If Walter does some digging he may find out that SJN and his twin are known troublemakers in the company to the point that the shareholders are calling for them to get removed from the chairman's will. Which is completely on purpose; and would also result in a lot of problems since the twins collective hold a lot assets the company claims.

They are 26, they are the sole heirs to their parents estates, and the one was a pioneer in the robotics field.

Runar Agnarsson | Kohaku | CLAMP Universe | Florist

Location(s): Runar tends to live and work in Mossgate, but can also be easily found visiting other towns for needs/just wanting to get out for a bit. He's a florist.
A blurb about them: Runar grew up as a single child to a single parent. Born in Iceland, he finished compulsory school, but has no idea what he wants to do with his life yet. He's working as a florist. He tries to act cool, but honestly almost always loses his cool. He just doesn't want anybody to hate him. So, if you're moody, chances are he'll bend over backwards for you. He also drops the "cool" facade when he's working at the flower shop.

Open/Wanted CR:
-Unless you want to be his dad. (I have plans to make him a pharmacist, but this can be malleable. Dad tends to be encouraging, but is reminded alot of Runar's mother based on his physical appearance. Which is why Runar leans toward basic crossdressing. Other than that, the rest is workable.)

-ALL the friends! Please? He needs and wants them. Any friends will do. Coworkers even?

-Potential extended family? Let him dote on you.

-Enemies are fine, too. He won't know what to do with enemies, but you can be assured hilarity will ensue.

-Anything at all? Really? I'd love to hear any other ideas. Hit me!

Hooks: Runar works at a flower shop, and lives in, Mossgate. But that doesn't stop him from going to other locations. He likes touring and sightseeing. He'll try to act all cool, but chances are it'll backfire quickly. He's also a sucker for anyone in distress.

He might (poorly) attempt to flirt with you (males particularly, but females are okay too), and will probably backtrack just as quick. You're flirting back with him? HoGodWHY???? (lots of blushing and stammering and he doesn't know what to do). You think he's a tool instead? No wait please don't hate him! He's SORRY!

He also likes to sing, when he thinks no one is looking. So feel free to walk in on him doing that at like the park, or something. Age/time being here is fairly malleable. I'd like him to be no older than mid-twenties, though, and not having arrived to Mossgate before the age of sixteen.

Plans/ongoing character plots: I'd like for him to plan a few festivals, or something. Anything to get peoples' spirits up. He also will probably try to get in on several causes, if he can find a way to help. But nothing super solid planned yet.

Location(s): Mossgate, and any opportunity to get out and do tourism things in nearby areas.
A blurb about them: In canon, Shinichi is a well known high school detective, good enough to be nicknamed the Holmes of the Modern Era. At least he was until he got in over his head and ended being used as the test subject for an experimental poison. Only instead of killing him, the poison shrank him to the size of a small child. Which left Shinichi in the position of having to pretend to be an actual child while investigating the criminal organization that did this to him and solving the numerous crimes that just seem to happen everywhere he goes.

Open/Wanted CR: Open for anything, but especially fellow teenagers and people willing to help out a lonely exchange student. Anyone want to play host family? Otherwise he'll probably be going to a boarding school.

Hooks: school events around Mossgate, football games, tourism things, libraries, bookstores. He's an aspiring mystery novelist and football player, but hasn't decided for sure which one he wants to pursue in college.

Plans/ongoing character plots: Nothing set in stone yet, apart from being really confused when he starts getting echoes about being a child. What kind of childhood did his past life have?
