The All-Purpose CR/Plotting Meme



The meme is open to, as per always, making arrangements with and between:
- Current characters in game.
AND
- Potential characters - any characters you may be planning on apping or reapping (there is a special header for this under the main post).
If you have an app in that has not been processed, please, don't be shy about commenting around for prospective CR and plans on entry - though, of course, remember that plans will be tentative!

For characters of either status, toss up a comment with your character's reincarnated name, pre-incarnated name, canon, and occupation in the subject line. E.x. "Cinderella | Rarity | My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic | Family Pet" In the body, of course, place any information you see fit; go on ahead and use this form if you'd like a place to start or take it however you feel!

Reincarnation: Leith Ivers

A blurb about them:
Kei is a laidback, retired Sweeper. A Sweeper chases monsters called Adys and eliminates them. He was once the legendary Orange-Eyed Messiah called Cristo. But he retired the name with his Sweeper status, as he hated killing anything living, even if it was something bad. But when he discovers that an Adys named Kamuro is still alive, he rises again to the challenge to take him down. He generally gives off a naive-but-confident air, and cheerfully supports others.

Leith is born into the cult from Walter's childhood and left around 2005ish. Due to an accident in his childhood, Leith is mute. He knows BSL, and loves stargazing. He makes intricately designed star charts in his free time. I haven't decided on his career yet; maybe have him be a Teacher's Assistant for deaf and mute students. He is terribly afraid of water, due to the incident in his childhood. As far as personality differences, he'll be a bit of an airhead; doing things on a whim or forgetting things. He's a bit of a dreamer. However, he can and will lash out angrily if he feels he is wronged; this can be as little as accidentally knocking over his drink, and being angry is worsened by not being able to speak. However, he will also come around and apologise if he's the one in the wrong. He hates being teased.

Open/Wanted CR: Someone to get him away from his parents so that he can become more of an individual would be great. Other than that, anything and everything. I know it's broad, but I'm open to anything with him. Especially since I've still got a lot up for debate with him. If you want it, I can probably make it happen.

Hooks: Stargazing is his favourite. Maybe volunteering at places like a library to do sign language with stories. His mother's homeopathy shop; garden shopping in general.

Plans/ongoing character plots: Hooboy, remembering his past is going to be a problem for this child. He may regain his voice later on, but right now I don't see it happening. Remembering he's the very thing he kills, though - an Adys - is just going to trip him out. Be prepared for some ultimate breakdowns from this poor kid. Or when he gets his eyepatch echoed back, he's going to be asking who played a joke on him. I got lots for this test tube baby to do.

Walter has Definitely been checking in on Leith, as sort of a low-level background 'taking in information about people I know/was close to' matter.

Whether Leith is staying in Mossgate, or just visiting, will probably determine how close they've continued to be post-cult.

Mossgate is honestly the most likely place I'll throw him to live.

Do you suppose they would have continued to grow up together, or just reconnected later on?

They could have met back up in London sometime before Walter graduated uni, yes.
