Coming out to the cliffside was one of Jim's things. Much like how he took his coffee with too much sugar, was meticulous about safety standards and how much he dotes over his grumpy Scottish Fold kitten Bones, coming out late at night to lie back and watch the stars with his legs dangling off the edge of the cliff was his Thing.
It's in his half-awake state that he sees movement at the edge of his peripherals. he takes a glance, well aware of the rumours that ghosts appear here and not thinking much of it - except... there's movement in his peripherals.

3 The Manor gathering is great! The free food, the local company, the atmosphere, the food. Jim can be seen constantly going back for more plates of finger food and occasionally talking shop with anyone scientifically minded; though he won't turn anyone down for conversation.
