Change in Activity Policy and Echo mechanics

May the mod spam continue... but this should be it for a while now.

Starting in May, we'll try out a new system for both Echoes and AC. The hope is that it will simplify the handling of both.

• There will be a monthly Check-in that every player must respond to by the 15th of the month.
  
  
• To gain Echoes, players will have to use Echo Tokens or Double Echo Tokens. They'll function pretty much the same as DETs do now, just on a points system to make them a bit more flexible and streamlined. Informations about the ET/DET system can be found here. Players who have DETs banked can convert them into Echo Tokens if they so wish.
  
  
• New characters will be exempt from providing Echo Tokens during their first month in the game.
  
  
• In the transitional phase (=during April) players may still request echoes as normal without needing tokens for that. Please already record your DET usage on the ET/DET page, though!
